You require a translation. All you have to do is contact BTS, via telephone or via e-mail. Our account managers will always respond promptly and effectively to every request
First, they will go through the request with you; you can expect the following questions:
• Is the text already available (preferably in MS Word)?
• Are you able to send us the text via e-mail?
• Which language/languages must the text be translated into?
• When do you require the translation to be delivered?
• Do you have specific requirements relating to terminology, style, or other requirements?
The account manager will gladly think along with you in order to come up with the most economic and efficient line of approach for every translation project and, after that, will take everything off your hands. You always know exactly where you stand with us and once we have made an agreement, you can be sure that we will keep to it. At BTS a deadline is a deadline. Should we ever need to change an earlier arranged deadline, we will always contact you immediately to discuss this.
As a client, one of our account managers is appointed to you as a permanent point of contact. He or she will be happy to visit you in order to introduce themselves. We attach great value to personal contact in order to ensure a good, lasting relationship. As a committed translation partner, we are ready to receive all your questions and comments, also after the delivery of a translation. Our after sales service is one of the spearheads of our quality management system.
The account manager will discuss your request with a project manager. Together they will find the most suitable line of approach for the project. Your account manager will subsequently discuss this approach with you. Once you have confirmed the order, the project manager will select the right translator for your text. After the text has been translated, it is always checked by a second translator/reviser. In this way, we can guarantee the high quality of translations.
