BTS is one of the few translation agencies with an ISO certification in the Netherlands.
Our integral quality management system enabled us to acquire an ISO certification (9001:2001) in December 2004 .Our quality management system is based on two pillars: quality and client satisfaction.

The quality management system consists of fixed procedures that are followed for all of our services. These are clear guidelines, which are aimed at enabling us to respond flexibly to your requests. Every employee is trained to use these procedures and these form the basis of their work.

What does this mean for you?

By following fixed procedures, we can guarantee consistent quality. You can be sure that all of your requests and orders are always handled in the same efficient way (see working methods). In addition, all translators are carefully screened before they are allowed to carry out translations for us and we always keep a close eye on the quality of each translator through means of strict control measures.

Furthermore, we aim to provide optimal client satisfaction by responding to your specific requirements. As a translation partner we will gladly discuss the most economic and efficient line of approach per project, taking into account your specific requirements, such as specific terminology that is used in your company, the aim of the text, or a deadline that has to be met. Should you have any questions or comments after the delivery of your translation, we are always happy to hear from you. As part of our after sales service, we are happy to receive feedback so that we can respond even better to your specific requirements in the future.
