Background
Since its foundation in 1985, BTS has built up an extensive field of knowledge and experience within the business sector. In 2001, BTS became a partner of an international translation group and in 2005 we took over Delboy Behnsen translation agency (established 1957). Both events have lead to us being able to share knowledge and experience with other specialists within the same field. This allows us to be even more efficient in our services.

We have laid down our efficient working methods as procedures. These procedures form our quality management system, which has been ISO certified since December 2004. For you, this means that we can guarantee the same efficient, professional handling of your requests and that the end result is always a translation of consistently high quality. Team
The BTS team is always ready and willing to be of service to you. We are all enthusiastic professionals with a feel for languages. Account managers and project managers work closely together according to fixed procedures, in order to provide you with the best possible service.

All internal and external translators/revisers are of course also part of our team. Together we aim for the greatest possible client satisfaction. With our combined expertise and experience, we always achieve a good end result.

Translators
Your text is always translated by a native speaker of the target language. All translators have followed a linguistic training and have acquired specific experience in a specialised field. The translation of a writ, for instance, involves the use of a completely different style of language and expertise than that of an advertising brochure. All our translators specialise in a particular field, which means we always have the right translator on hand for your text.

The translator/reviser that checks the translation is always a native speaker of the source language. This enables us to check whether the translator has conveyed the intention of the source text appropriately.
