Business Translation Services has been NEN-EN 15038 compliant for quite some time now and has just recently launched the certification procedure for this standard.

NEN-EN 15038 specifies which requirements a translation services provider must meet in relation to the deployment of people and resources, quality control, project management, contractual framework and service procedures. BTS has, of course, worked for years in accordance with set procedures with quality and service being the guiding principles enabling us to be ISO 9001:2000 certified.
